Amir Ali was born in Meknes Morocco where he studied music for 8 years. His studies include 8 years of music theory and classical violin, Arabic music theory as well as playing out.

Ali started writing and composing music at age 15, a soloist of 30 piece orchestra at age 17. Ali left Morocco at a young age to settle in the United States of America for the past 19 years.

Amir Ali & his band Morockin are a unique high Energy band that blend the music from North Africa, the Middle East and world beat accompanied with electronic instruments to create a high energy sound. Amir Ali is currently representing Morocco at Walt Disney World Florida. Amir Ali has released his first album called Sand’s Of Time, an outstanding album that sold thousands of copies independently for the past four years. Amir Ali has performed in many events around the united states, conventions, world music festivals, Disney, Avalon park, Dallas, Miami, Boston and Ali’s home town Orlando Florida. The Moroccan community is so proud of this band that has built fans from all over the globe.

Amir Ali has toured the world and performed with many famous artists and with his best friend Haj Younes who said, Amir Ali's violin playing is rare in today’s violin players around the Arabic world, amazing and brilliant style.

Amir Ali writes film music, Arabian theme music for film (North African & Middle Easter). Also, string arrangement, percussion and vocals.
