He hails from Kolkata, a regular live performer since the age of 15; Arnab Chakraborty started his career by singing advertisement jingles, remixes and regional movie songs.Within a few years of hard work Arnab got the big break he was waiting for. His song Wada Raha Pyar Se Pyar Ka from the film Khakee released in the year 2004 climbed the popularity charts very quickly. His next offering was Qatra Qatra from the movie FAMILY (2006), music by Ram Sampath and directed by RAJKUMAR SANTOSHI. Along with singing for movies, pop and remix albums Arnab is also the voice behind popular advertisement jingles featuring products and brands like AirTel, Parachute, Samsung, Britannia, 7UP, Vimal, Asian Paints, Odonil and host of others.
