Preeti Uttam, daughter of Uttam Singh, slipped into the singing world so quietly that though she's been around for sometime, there's been very little hype surrounding her. She started her career with the popular Lakdi ki kathi kathi pe ghoda in Masoom. Then came hard work, learning, gurus and riyaz. When you meet her, you notice a quiet dignity, which emanates from knowing the value of her craft.
