Shaunak Abhisheki

Pandit Shounak Abhisheki, the gifted son and disciple of the Maestro Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki, is a leading vocalist of the younger generation who has beautifully combined the Agra and Jaipur styles of Hindustani Classical Music. Considered a young maestro, this sought after vocalist had the privilege of training under Smt. Kamaltai Tambe of the Jaipur Gharana and of course under his illustrious father. The rich experience of these distinct styles has molded him into an extremely flexible artist, not a very common characteristic. His voice possesses a great combination of power and emotion, enhanced by impressive diction.
